Taking Care of Ourselves

and Others

and Staying Sane

in these crazy times

Light a Candle for your Losses

Who or what have you lost because of this virus?

Who or what are you grieving for?

Your normal life...

Your work or income...

Your freedom....

Contact with family, or an elderly loved one...

Connection with friends...

Someone you have lost...

People you don't even know....

Something else that is coming to mind...

Now imagine holding a candle in your hand.

Taking a match, and light the candle...

And as you do so, think of your loved ones...

your losses...

whoever, whatever, is coming to mind...

and allow yourself

to grieve...

( Just feel... and breathe...

feel, and breathe...

for as long as you need... )

In Memoriam

For each person who has died around the world...

Each one was somebody's daughter or son...

Each one was somebody's father, or mother...

Sister, or brother...

Loved one, or friend...

Each one was cared for by somebody else...

or deserved to be.

May we remember them today, right now,

and hold them in our thoughts and prayers.

And as we say goodbye...

and wish them well...

We send them our love.

In Peace / May It Be Done / Amen / God Bless

You will be remembered-2r.JPG
